my fave moment...the night eve came home drunk (she knows). No really times that I have needed time out or an old friend to spend time with, PSC and its many colourful family members have been there. Thanks PSC and thanks PSC family.

I joined on April 11, 2003.

*gasp* has it been that long? What the heck is wrong with me?

I arrived here when a co-worker showed me FARK, Worthless, and PSC. I chose to hang out here because it was free and FARK was a bit bizarre.

Volkswes and I were moderators for the American Lung Association's website, so I dragged him along with me to PSC. Back then you had to host your own images in the contests. I hosted my own and VW's images, resulting in everyone here thinking we were married, which was kinda funny, since he was such a BABY!


I have watched this site go through many evolutions from the 8:00 AM EST posting (HELLEKRO RULED!) with no advantage, to anonymous only, to prize contests. I have seen the interface change a few times, and really liked it best when the current contest was on the main page, with the top 3 images showing. I think that encouraged people to vote more frequently.

I have seen every possible topic posted in forum 5+ times. So many topics are posted and reposted in cycles, it's kind of funny. I have played a variety of "games" on this site. I love the Scavenger Hunts and Reunion contests the most.

I do park myself in chat when I'm bored, and have seen many changes in that area of the site as well. I have made and regretted wagers in there. There's too many funny things that have happened in chat over the years to even begin mentioning here.

Anyway, I'm rambling. This site serves it's purpose. It's fun and entertaining, and full of interesting, intelligent, creative people. I don't even want to know how many hours I have spent here over the years, but I don't think of those hours as "wasted" ones. Except for the ones late on Saturday nights maybe...one might consider those wasted hours.

I spend so many hours at PSC giggling over silly chat and crazy threads.

I may not remember what I had for lunch yesterday, yet I remember every great chop here.
And the talent! The effort! The helpfullness!

We do this to entertain each other. Amazing!
