Ok I have been trying for a while to achieve this guys effect here for a few days and well Im coming up empty, starting to think that it may be a lens trick or as Splodge thinks a double fisheye lens...any ideas if its PSC work or Photography induced.

what ya all think?

Probably need to have a good long panoramic photo without people, and create the shape with mesh. Then add people and shadows. And finish off with a lighteffect in center.

And the image has clearly faked shadows, they could do some more work Wink

I disagree about the shadows, and if it is a real photo as splodge suggests then the shadows would have to be correct to the point of view of the photographer.

Would like to see you re-create the effect Pakimo cause I have tried several different methods and none have produced this crisp clear circler definition mate.

This guy's a Toronto photog, his stuff is great and I believe he says on one of his pix how it was done. I'll check his archives.

We have a lens here at work that'll do this kinda thing. We use it for surround shots of the log home interiors.
