Man, you know you are addicted to PSC when you see Raindude on a reef under water. Fact, I did see this pic a while back ago and thought the same thing. It is him.

Actually this is a yearly event when creatures from the planet Rein have to go and shed their yearly growth of a second head so they can pass among earthlings somewhat unnoticed. So again the keen eye of a young PSC member has unearth proof that we are among aliens.
