In early January, I had a chat with the boss about getting some dates sorted with the semi-annual contests we have here. The first one I asked about was the H2H, well after some discussion Proc said he was fine with having two a year, I started a poll to see what time of the year suited most people.

and from the looks of things:
MARCH and SEPTEMBER are the winners, now I know a lot o people do not see the need to schedule things, but at least this way we know when the contests are coming up and it gives time for the blanket Email/pm to be sent to members as well.

I beleive that talk has been going on with the mods about the reunion contest, and I agree with Eve that the H2H should follow the reunion or visa versa, that being said the final decision is up to the boss.

Just gotta get things organized with the mods.

Not sure if this has been brought up, but I think having the reunion contest RIGHT before the H2H wouldn't do much good, if the registration was already filled up.
I think having the reunion a week or 2 before the H2H, with some kind of prominent announcement/registration link about the H2H would encourage participation.
