Sharing another project that was chalked... A signature for my friend's March For Babies fundraising page... (March of Dimes fundraiser for preemies and research)
I did the image at about four times the allowed size, and shrunk it down to the space she is given. A lot of the detail gets lost, but it is still a nice effect even on such a small image size.
Sadly, she just lost Makelle, who was born too early to even have a chance... It truly broke my heart to hear the news.

Nice work! I like the fact that you can achieve effects without the wholesale use of one of the standard PS filters. I guess it's always a trade-off of time vs perfection...

That guy makes THE best brushes. He has tons more. Some for creating flesh, hair,fur,clouds,smoke,water,fabics, etc,etc.
