Is Animation (Timeline) available in Photoshop CS4 or is it CS4 Extended ?

How do I get the Animation(Timeline) tab to be shown in the Animation Menu(window).

When I select window > animation > the animation widow opens only showing Animation(Frames) No Timeline.

I upgraded from ps cs2 to ps cs4 and mine looks nothing like that. no matter what OS

I found out that I can only animate with frames in CS4, I need to upgrade to CS$ Extended to animate with Timeline .
