I need a filter or texture or maybe technique that I can apply oto illustrations that I do on ps. ps leaves you with this watery velvety ps look. It's gotta go. Thought maybe a paper texture like newsprint or something. Just don't know what's out there.

search for texture stock. Play with blending modes and opacity, etc. You can easily make your own textures using PS or scanning.
