I saw a couple things that I could kinda understand. Don't know exactly what the chopper did but I got a bit of a idea. Love the techniques for the eyes. Trees as blood vessels. Huh. Never woulda thought a that.

So the question for the experts is what was he/she doing when there were multiple instances of a section up on the screen (the "throat", leaves, etc.)?

He was using Image > Adjustments > Variations
- another tool to customize colours of your image. You change between highlights/midtones/shadows/saturation and then pick different look of the image just by clicking images.
