What are the requirements for NON ADVANTAGE members, I think is the question here.

The size of the file must be under 125kb in actual size.
JPEG image dimensions must be less than 800 pixels wide by 600 pixels high.
Animated GIFs must be less than 550 wide by 450 high.
Minimum dimensions for both are 500 width x 350 height.
rphares JPG is 429 wide and 600 high. The width in this case is the problem... not wide enough...
he needs the width to be
at least 500px but can go to 800px and the height can be no more than 600px high max and no less than 350px
easily fixed by just adding a white border to his canvas.
Image>Canvas Size> insert 600pixels with white border. instead of trying to crop or resize it.
this way the white border as we all know will blend in with the background of PSC.
