Well what does everyone want to do... I would like to start this contest by next friday... I can keep track of IP's to see whether people have voted twice.
I can post at least sixty gifs maybe more, the format just kinda sucks but, If thats what it takes to make this a permanent fixture at PSC I will do it! 
So now we come to the easy part! WE NEED SOURCES
post your sources here and we will all vote in this thread (a little unformal but what do you do?)

I don't know what you folks decided on KB limit for this contest...
BUT if I'm going to take my time to come here and look over these things, I want to see 4 meg images, at least a few, maybe larger.
Of course you're likely to go with the conservative, weak,
"Oh NO that's too much!" response, rather than take the
brackets off and let these people roll.
It 2k10. Srsly, shut up and clear the road.

Seriously, slowly i'm also curious about final restrictions on size - pixels and file.

Lets do this... I already uploaded 60 of spam gifs on the survey site and that file is 3.6 meg.... It would make things interesting

yes... the 1+Mb gif, back in the days when beef or dew, can't recall correctly, used to comment "please optimize your image, it's 200k and it could be reduced to 40k" in most images... I did vote for it though. Back in the days when PSC was not a Disney website.
