hey all

everytime i use the Vanishing Point my photoshop crashes?

i set me plane

but when i set a marquee tool its crashes

any idea's?????

More important...How much scratch disk????
It should be a separate or partitioned part of your drive dedicated to only PS. It should be completely empty.
External drives are usually not fast enough so they are not good to use as scratch.

Except that Photoshop can't use more than around 1.7GB (1,700MB) of RAM. So setting it higher than that won't do any good at all.

Wow.. You have no scratch disk??? Shocked
I believe CS4 can use more ram than the older versions

Well, I now know how to, but, how much of GB should I give to the scratch disk?

I would buy an internal drive. They are cheaper these days and easy to install.
150 gb is ok. If not, then anything is better than nothing.
At least 29gb
