Ok I installed a demo of Alien Skin Splat Demo Not what I thought it was but now I dont know how to remove it from my list in photoshop filters. I cant find if it downloaded or if it just installed in PS like a new brush. So my question is how the hell do I remove it from my filter list?

As far as plugins go, that one aint great.
I think if its not in the normal windows uninstall programs list, the only way would be to delete it from the plugins folder in programs folder for photoshop on the C drive.
Once its gone from there it shouldn't show.

You know I tried all of the above and the bloody thing id still in the filters list staring at me...mocking me...ahhhhhhhhhh...its in my head...OH the shame the shame of it all

one of two... the filter is installed in your filter folder inside photoshop or inside the main filter folders or is installed in the common folder. Maybe it's installed by itself in the program files folder.
