Hi all, Roe Dent here!

I arrived in Dechene's hometown of Melbourne a few days ago...but I can't say I've had the greatest reception since getting here though.



It started off well enough, playing with little Marissa & Chloe, but then Dechene went to work, leaving me at home with Mrs Dechene.

Once she figured out where I was from she decided that I was probably a filthy little disease ridden rodent and barred me from playing with the kids!

But Dechene eventually came home and go me back into the toybox.

At first we played well together,





I really hit it off with this one chick,



But once the kids saw what was going on they ripped me right outta there and put me in the naughty corner, well naughty Mr Potato Head.





It's Marissa's 3rd birthday on Tuesday, if I manage to survive that long I'll fly out of here after that.

I wouldn't really be worried, but I did find this lying around the house...



Please someone - CALL THE POLICE! I WANNA LIIIIIIIVE!!!!!

If you can get that close to the rat killer, Roe, then those lovely children could too. I would worry about that more.

Mrs Dechene has deemed Roe Dent to be a health risk to the kids, and hasn't let him near them all week!

I may be able to scrape some time tomorrow for him when she's not watching, but either way, he'll be flying out of here pretty soon!

I've been wondering what this strange scratching sound in my car could have been all week.

It wasn't the exhaust, fan belt, spark plugs or anything else that I checked.

I got the transmission looked at, a new starter motor put in, flushed the radiator but all of these expensive and messy tasks were useless.

Until I looked in the glovebox...

Poor little Roe Dent.


If it helps, the Veterinarian said it would have been a quick death, he didn't suffer longer than 6 to 7 days.

But he did give me the number of a great Taxidermist, so we emptied him out and then plugged him back up, good as new!

He's now on the way to his next owner, who I hope treats him with more dignity than I did...



(ps Sorry to Blurker 'n' Rosewood for the delay. If somebody could hold onto Roe Dent for longer than I did that would really make me feel better... )
