hi I've been trying to resize my image for a while now but it will not let me. It keeps giving me this error message

Error
The image must be no more than 800 pixels wide x 600 pixels high
and no less than 500 wide x 350 high and
in JPEG or GIF format and under 125KB (128000 raw bytes) in file size.

Please go back and try again.

This is really annoying me and I have tried to resize it over and over again but it still keeps giving me this error sign.

Here is all the info about the image
width: 271 pixels height: 360 pixels file size: 59.100KB

If anyone can help me with this I would love that so much. I have the free account also.

You said your image is 271 wide.

flatten your image. Check image size (no larger than 1280x960px). Make sure it's at 72 dpi. Then use Save for Web and make sure that it's under 512kb if you're Advantaged.

Eve you mean 800 x 600 as they are a non advantage member.

and as Trey says, you have answered your own question, the least it can be is 500 wide, yours is 271, needs scaling up, then as Eve says saving to web to compress it under the 125kb restriction limit for non advantage members.

So in basic terms, adjust the width to 500 pix wide with the constrain proportions tick on, and the height should go to 664 pix, save to web so it is under 125kb, and you should be fine.
