Now that the match in question is well and truly over, I thought I'd take a moment to share a little story...
I had an idea -- a very evil, sinister idea -- to take down one of the PSC regulars with a chop so glorious, it would be awesome and epic and whatever else the kids these days say.
The image was crafted with the finest pixels grown from the rarest colour cubes in the world.
A professional New York photographer was employed and then fired on the spot. Instead, I hand-painted a startlingly real portrait, photographed it with a 1972 Polaroid SX-70, accelerated the development of the image by waving it furiously through the air, then took a digital picture of the result.
The text was hand-lettered and gilded by Egyptian font artisans before it was coated in ivory from South African elephant tusk and polished to a moderate shine.
When I tired, two Swedish swimsuit models massaged my aching muscles. When I was rested, they purred in my ear for encouragement. When I had urges, they made me a sandwich.
It was the evening before the contest opened and I was resplendent in my completed chop. My opponent was framed beyond a reasonable doubt for his nefarious ways. This chop was not only blackmail-worthy but was a guaranteed win for the competition.
Moments later, everyone was reminded through the forums -- by my opponent, no less! -- that it was an anonymous chop Thursday. Oh, of all the times to make a chop so personal!
The Fates slapped me with Irony and painted me Embarrassed.
I reworked the core of the Root Mass chop, submitted a reasonable entry, and my overall points were good enough to move through to the next round: I survived the round of 32.
Here was that submitted chop...

However, I don't feel that Justice was served that day. I was robbed of the opportunity to crush my opponent and, by inference, his World Cup team by my own.
I take my allegiance to Slovenia seriously, people.
So, on this eve of my elimination from the PSC World Cup (mirroring my own team's fate) and at the suggestion of my opponent's Much Better Half, I present to you my intended chop for Root Mass.
