Abusing of alcohol is something good... but you have to stop one day... or at least slowing down... for real! 
I went at hospital when I was 22 because I was drinking a lot too much. Liver wasn't bad because I was still very young, but needed surgery for bladder infection... haaaaaa the good old days!

But the real question is how long would it have taken for anyone to miss you??
Other than the bartender and the liquor store clerk that is.

ahhhhh ok this is a bit awkward but it's something you should know...
It's perfectly natural for a man to be "rigid" in the morning.
There's no need to panic and rush yourself to a hospital, and under no circumstances should one's sister be involved.
The next time this happens, just get yourself into a cold shower, think about Margaret Thatcher, and your problem will shrink away.
