dont shoot me if I'm dumb but could we implement an option to let people that get turned down, have an opportunity to join in the case of a no-show?
Maybe place a floater day that allows mods to see who no-showed and give some unfortunate soul 1 DAY to chop something? .... as I'm typing this it seems dumb but there has got to be a solution to no-shows.
