Bill's comment on my entry were spot on. In fact, thanks everyone who took time to comment on my matchup. When I submit an entry, there is always some unfinished work, stuff I'd like to get to do if time permits, but ultimately the deadline arrives. So I already know what kind of comments will be made going into voting. It's the comments that I don't expect that get me to look at my image differently. This allows me to learn from the best eyes in digital artwork. I want to know the good and the bad. Ultimately, I get a little better and grow. Some comments can seem brash at first, in a tournament that didn't have prizes.... but that's changed now.... woooohoooo! So since there are prizes now, I expect a whole lotta brutal truth next round. It will be up to the voters to decide who gets the bigger prize, and I want to know exactly why you made your choices. Thank You.

I think it's a case of "lost in translation". Whenever anyones offers critique or opinion on an image, there are no clues as to their tone or mood. Text is unable to express the nuances of speech and so sometimes words or comments are misconstrued giving the reader a warped idea as to the writers intention. I have commented on most of the H2H entries and I've written things that I wish I had worded differently in hindsight, but my intention was never to offend as I'm sure it wasn't Bills.

i felt like lack of time was Claf's main problem in this H2H, i spotted it in every chop he made, still you're #1 in my book!
