It's worth the $, I think it was @ $60, I've had it for a few years, and I'm not sure if they still have it under Vivacity, go through the site, it might be called Clean now, anyway, it does help with certain images very well.

Adobe now features Pixel Bender, there is a video in the link, I think this is like a smudge filter myself, I don't have the latest CS5 so I can not say for sure.

Yeah I was going to say Adobe has Pixel Bender and yes it does work with CS5.

I would love to know how you, or what settings you used

Go to Topaz Clean at the bottom of your filters window in PS, when the Topaz window pops up, next to the Main tab which controls Threshold, Clean Radius, and Sharpness, it has an Advanced tab, from there you have Sharpness Radius, Line Accent, and Iterations, you have to slide those bars until you get the desired effect, it couldn't be more easy than that. Sorry I don't have a screen saver to show you.
