a) The last 3 movies to be made.
b) George Lucas to let it go into the hands of a competent filmmaker.

I disagree. Everything will be Disneyfied now. As in subtle references to Mickey Mouse etc, particularly in the animated shows.

Not to mention that since Disney now owns Lucasfilm, the subsidiary Industrial Light and Magic might not do special effects for action orientated or other sci fi franchises anymore.
