I see what you were trying to do make a "less busy logo" I still that is a good idea.

Why don't you start a logo contest, so we all can play and maybe you gets some ideas?

I really think it would be cool to see your ideas on what my new logo should look like.

Like Tes suggested, having some sort of contest just for the fun of it, would be a great way of seeing what other skills you have. Everyone on this site are very talented, and I would not want to hold this contest anywhere else.

So, lets get this moving.

I'll give it a shot.. describe what you want you logo to say about your company. What are the base services you provide, etc.

Ok, I really don't want to derail this thread, so this will be the first and only picture I post- but I really think my cat is more equipped for the business world-

Basically what I am looking for in my logo is to incorporate Heinlein Design that gives the message of a "Unique Style".

As you see from my logo below, it is very outdated and very 1980's looking. If we can take my existing logo and bring it to the future, that might work.

My passion of course is Photoshop, but I want my logo to show more than that.

Believe me, I have been working on an updated logo for months and I just can not seem to get it.

Why is it that when you design something for yourself, it is harder that designing something for a client?

I like how the new logo is intertwined and aligned but there's a fine line between divine and unrefined so I'm inclined to assign a vine between Heinlein Design then combine with a dollar sign and

a tiger.

Here's a generic type of logo.. just to throw something out there.
Definitely doesn't speak to the unique aspect of your business, but just a first go round.
