Once upon a time I was in a really bad car accident. I fractured my hip so bad it ripped cartaledge, and my forehead was ripped open from my eyelid down to my eye-lid. It was something like 200+ stitches just t put that back together. My hip was so badly damaged it killed my growth plate. I lost one inch in my right leg. The accident happened when I was 13 years old so I lost 1 inch in my right leg. Funny thing is I out run 18 year olds in the Army most of the time! I love it! I have no clue why I just shared this story. But whatever heal Eve!

Plus I smoke a about a pack of cigs a day. I can run 2 miles in 13.33 minutes in a PT test 14.5 in a bad day. Im bragging now sorry

ow I remember what my orinional point was.. About 4 moths ago I sprained my ankle, (It was a tendon strain on my right ankle) it hurt to run let aloe run (which I kept on trying to do too soon) all that did was make my injury last longer at times. Dont over do it Eve and mae sure you heal right was my point.

REINDUDE! Thanks for showing up! Please feel free to write witty things that would generate a laugh at the expense of my unfortunate accident. I'm disabled and depressed. Why do bad words usually begin with "d"? Like death, destitute, and dumbass who holds onto the leash??
Melissa, thanks for your advice. I may never walk that dog again. Thanks for reminding me that I wouldn't because I'm in my right mind.
