I tried the same thing about 3 or 4 years ago......... Probably for one of the same seasons you have.
The bastard wouldn't let me go. 
Stick around, you'll learn it's not all that bad. More good folks here then you probably realize.
What do you say?

Jean, if you're having problems with someone or something... take a break.
I do it all the time when it starts to get to me.
No one is forcing you to chop every day are they? Cause that's just cruel and unusual punishment.
I don't think PSC actually erases accounts, unless you get banned.
Like TJ said, stick around though. There are far more good members than bad.
Keep the account active, take a break if needed. At least you can use your portfolio to show your friends and such...

Agreed with all of the above. Just sit back and see what happens.
I hope you did not have a run in with someone that causes you to do this. I know I took some time off in 2005, after I got spooked in the forum a couple of times. But I did not delete my account.
And, in the long run, I am still here, the others in that mix those days.... don't think they hang out here anymore.

I believe there is no way to actually erase the account... since some of your chops are
associated with other data.
or so Tony told me... could be a lie.

Just take a break for a while. Your account can't be deleted without retroactively affecting every contest you've been in and other data as well. Just go smoke a cig, grab a beer, and when you're ready PSC will be right where you left it.
