Hi PSC friends! Long time no see!

Recently, our friend Alain (Prince Laurent) wrote me about his very good friend Matt... "the duplicate" was his PSC nickname.
Some of you surely never heard about him... he was an active PSC member in 2005-2006.

Alain told me that Matt passed away last December 17th.

Agnès, Matt's wife, said Matt had severe liver problems, which led to further complications to the kidney and stomach.
Matt was a tough and generous guy, but he had alcohol and drug problems... it seems he had no limit, nothing to stop him...

RIP my dear Matt.

Axtually the first person when I joined here to give me some tips was the Duplicate. Nice man. Had not heard from him for a long time and the sadness is further amplified by knowing it's forever. Salue mon ami!

Thanks for your inquiry,Seamusoisin..It has been a long time. I am almost 71 now, and not nearly as active on the Web as I used to be. Although I still enjoy reading the forum comments and viewing the daily images. And always wish the very best to all of my friends on this site who helped, shared and encouraged my interest in Photoshopping.
I was blessed to have known all of you.

Oh my Matt was one of the guys who got me interested in the site when I originally passed by back in early 2005. I knew he was unwell, but never did I know it was serious.

All my love and thoughts to Matt's family at this time, he was a great guy, that always had time to help. Such sad news.

As I once said to him, ignoring the irony of his nickname... 'There's only one Dupe'
