...have been sick like a dog, while my dog was sick also (unrelated illness)
It took me 3 weeks to make this while i was stuck in the room...From scratch, straight ahead (frame by frame), using only open source software, and playing music myself (bad as forever)
Only two minutes of your life. I could try to send it back by mail if i find the suitable boxes for shipping

That's really well done! Nice drawing skills!
The helmet at 1:02 looks familiar... didn't you make this one a while ago?

Awesome work!! Great storytelling And it only took you 3 weeks? That's not too bad for 2 minutes
So what software did you use?

Thank you. First for getting the story...I've got quite few replies like : "i don't get what it is about but i like the colors..."
This is a quite few steps back regarding any modern animation. I didn't use vectors but bitmaps (1920x1080 100dpi per frame), Krita software and it's animation features to manage layers and export few thousands PNG images as frames for "sprites" in VSDC video editor, Guitar rig 5 free edition and 32 year old japanese stratocaster copy guitar + audacity (also open source audio editing software) to make the music and sound effects...
I hear some animators as Felix Colgrave and David Firth said one minute animation takes about a month ... so i am happy...with my 3 subscribers and 5 likes

Another like and subscription, from a someone I know for good reasons...
Awesome! Had to pause it and check it frame by frame, to appreciate all the work involved. Really like the exaggerated perspectives, details and main style of the cartoon. All freely made by yourself or as an assignment?

Thank you! Yep, absolutely solo and pointless project... Guided by wisdom such as: "However useless the effort may seem to you to be, have you anything better to do with your life?"

Bang-up job, BS! I know from cranking out a few looping GIFs frame by frame, that animating anything is a lot of work. Even with helpful software, this must have been a major pain to assemble. The result is excellent.
But the ending is sad.

Thanks Tawiskaro! It's a good way to train patience for sure
So far I didn't get any bad responses - that is good enough for me to continue.
Hopefully will find the time do the sequel with happier ending
