Hi all been around this site for a little while and I am seeing what is obviously the usual suspects that have been full members for ages getting there pics up straight away obviously becuase they have a week to work on them. But I work my ass off here in England getting the pic at 1pm everyday (8am local time when post is made) and using my lucnh hour that I have moved specially so I can get my entries on as soon as possible. But alas either no one likes me, or not to many people check to far after the main page of entries. Now what I guess I'm asking is it realy worth becoming a full member, how much differerence will it make?
Ah well thats about it hey if ya got a spare min while ive got ya attension give me a vote ha ha.
All the best people thanks for listening.

I don't know if its any consolation, but I recently counted how many pictures I had posted and how many votes each had received. Here is a short breakdown of pictures that received 4 votes or less:
41 pictures had received 0 votes.
35 pictures had received 1 vote.
20 pictures had received 2 votes
14 pictures had received 3 votes
10 pictures had received 4 votes
I am not saying that those low vote counts were undeserved, but I was concerned that I wasn't producing anything that was reasonably close to being considered credible and
artistic. However, I really liked the process of reconstructing and synthesizing images to create an entirely new pictorial representation of the original image. So I kept at it.
People kindly helped me along the way, even though I didn't and don't spend any time in the chat room. Today, I still chop simply because I like the process and have fun doing it. I collect a few more votes, but nothing earth shattering. And I consider myself no more than an a little better than average chopper on a good day, and much much worse than that on a bad one.
I have made some very kind and considerate friends during this journey and have never met a person here I didn't like.
I hope your journey is as rewarding and special as mine has been!

Seems like every so often someone has to bring up one of marco's old threads for re-hashing. I felt left out so I grabbed his very first thread.
BEAT THAT!

Tofu, I wasn't putting the other thread back up to bash at marco...
I just realized I didn't properly welcome him. I just wanted to officialize it.

I'm not accusing. And marco I'm not bashing either. I'm re-hashing.
