Sorry, I gotta toot my own horn because nobody else is gonna.
I moved to Florida more than two-and-a-half years ago to help my mom take care of my grandma (Alzheimers). In return for that I received tuition to get a degree that might actually be worth something, unlike my previous Bachelor's from USC.
Since then, I've worked my ass off and gave it the "ol' college try" one more time. I've learned more than I thought possible, and today I took my
final Final Exam! WOOOOOOO! So I have a Pinning Ceremony (whatever that is) on Friday, and that's it. No more homework, no more books...
Next Thursday the 23rd, I take the national Registry Exam for the ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists), and upon successful completion of that, I'm not just good, I'm Golden! Plus I get to add an abbreviated title to my signature,
Sloth, RT(R) nice ring to it! This is basically the culmination of almost 3 years of hard work and study, not to mention moving to a huge sand bar that gets hit by FAR TOO MANY hurricanes.
