here we go again...This is the same thing that happened last time and it's too bad. It seems a lot of you guys don't understand the nature of a Fantasy League.
I've received a few PMs about this so listen up...
The nature of this game is
Gumbys don't have a choice. Gumbys arent required to do anything but what they normally do at PSC. If you find you end up a gumby or see someone sporting your username in their signature calling you their gumby,, fear not, there is no initiation or requirement on your part...and much to Leif's despair, a gumby is NOT required to perform sexual favors of any kind for their sponsor.
There is no prize...just fun.
The name gumby is just a term thats been used in the past to mean "Newbie". It isnt meant in an offensive way...most of the time
A fantasy league is just that...fantasy. Friends pick professional players from a professional sports league to be part of a complete fantasy team. Those friends collect points based on how their picked pro team players performs individually. Thats it.
A "sponsor" will pick a "gumby" and receive points based on what the gumby does in and around the site.
thats how the game is played. If you dont like it, or don't want to be a gumby, there's really nothing you can do about it. Im sorry.
Regarding people that fall between the requirements for gumby or sponsor eligibility, PM me and I will make a decision on whether you can be a sponsor, a gumby or a spectator.
