the best view is the second picture (with the lime in her mouth). it looks like she's got basketballs stashed under her skin. Normal breasts are not perfectly spherical at the top like that.

I would need to PHYSICALLY examine them to get you a definative answer but I an tell you this:

THEY ARE REAL !!!

They are NOT fake!

They are a part of her body and were there all her life.

They MIGHT be ENHANCED, but who really cares..... they are great looking, just like the rest of her.
