If you ever come across an email, website, or maybe someone's blog that happens to have one of your images from a past contest, or somewhere else. Does it.....

Upset you and send you into a rage, How dare they use my image without asking!

I recently recieved an email from one of my friends that included numerous edited images such as the widespread emails that you see including a ton of posts from that other site. Well this email actually included an image that I did for a contest here a long while back.

Just curious as to others feel about seeing these emails.

I was kinda flattered myself.......it made me feel pretty good that someone would want to show off one of my chops.
Now if someone was posting it somewhere as their one of their own images, it might bother me a bit, but I would probably just try to make them look like an idiot somehow.

as long as the person who made the email didn't claim the work as their own, I don't think I'd mind too much. I wouldn't be too thrilled if it showed up on a t-shirt or something for sale on a site like Ebaum's World, though. Unless I got recognition and royalties...

Like it'd happen for me. But if it did then I have to agree that I'd be flattered as long as someone wasn't trying to pass it off as their own and/or making money of my work without my permission. AHEM w1k.com
