Being so close to the salt water, I would imagine more weathering of the thermometer and wood. Plus, the umbrellas have no shadowing = FAIL

Thank God I'm not here. This would be one warped place. Not only are the shadows missing for the umbrellas, the shadow for the palm tree should not be there - the sun is on the water side = FAIL

Odd thing, ChaRoBry and STINKER, is that the photo of the beach is literally that. A PHOTO OF THE BEACH. It is not manip'd in any way other than a gradient blur. So your half-assed assessments mean exactly jack shit.
