Updated. Went back to my original idea of a cue ball (hence the title). Also added some chalk marks on the felt and ball. Increased the texture on the felt too. |

Oh and I had to slightly alter the angle on the boards. After flipping it the angle was too sharp. I'm not too happy with the pocket either.

@Designed2522: I did put some felt texture. On my home monitor it shows great. Here at work I can't see it at all. So I'm at a loss for how much texture noise to add without overdoing it.

@Couch: That might be it! I never even thought about the sharpness on the ball! I'll see what I can do. THANKS! :D

Not keen on the chalk marks on the felt. Anyone that bad shouldn't shoot pool. Better yet, introduce him to me and I'll take all his $$$. ;)

Thanks Al! Your fender/glider chop was my inspiration. :)

On Couch's observation I softened the rear edge of the ball. I think that really did help. Whaddaya thinks?

@Eve: LOL I just sold my pool table. Kids left all kinds of chalk marks on my felt. ;)

It's a little better. I think there is need of more shadowing under the ball to "ground it" more. Maybe for next time. Good effort, dude*!*
