try and use the pen tool or mask to cut out it would make the job so much neater, this cut out is too badly done, other wise the idea and the expression on the girl's face would have worked well.

Agree with mir. The bear also needs some shadow work to integrate the added element to the scene you are using. Your background scene is a good choice, just need to develop your technique more.
