All source...the sky is a simple blue gradient and the clouds are done with a combination of filters and layer styles. Thank you all for your votes!

the horizon could be blurred slightly, as in real life it isn't exactly a staight line.. :)

Agreed. I should have made the background look more "cartooney" to match the tree and anchor and rope.
