Didn't know what to do with this source so I did some experiments with size limitations of GIF's. Managed 12 frames, but only with this retro looking 8 colors... |

I had to look it up. Sam Loyd (one "L") claimed credit for the puzzle, but someone else created it. Ha! It is now the Osvaldo Nineteen Puzzle!

@Tawiskaro Didn't know that name, here it's just called "sliding-puzzle". But looked it up to; the real inventor was Noyes Palmer Chapman, USA 1874 and they started selling it from 1879. Still a challenge nowadays, a really good inventation... :)
