Hope you don't mind some constructive criticism, but flames need to be more red, as they now blend in too much with color on bark and fireman, and are hard to make out. perhaps some more smoke too, IMHO, and my 2 cents.

To me, the yellowed flames match the muted coloring of the rest of the picture. I thought the effect was obtained by setting the picture to grayscale and then re-rendering the color. But in any case, I like it. :D
