The kabobs should remain the focus. The girl (although super hot and makes the composition better) takes away too much from the kabobs. Now if it were a super hot chick eating a kabob with it all over her face. That (to me) would work better.

Maybe if she were holding the kabob with mouth open wide saying "ahhh: you know... pretending it was a kanob, it would probably have a good chance at winning the contest.
