Should be a little brighter, with higher shadow/highlight contrast. Also, try throwing on a Dark blue - Light blue Gradient map, picking a blend mode that looks cool, and then knocking it down to 50%. Just suggestions. :)

The update helped. I was thinking more of a desaturated, sky-blue tint, and a little brighter even, but hey I shouldn't be too picky. :)
