delete the pic off groups.msn...re-edit your pic...then upload it back to groups.msn ensuring you keep the same filename. clear you browsers cache and view it again here and voila. :)

Ok! have edited the white edge and its 80 kb right now. It has 64 colors. Lower would reduce the picture

just curious - you saved it as a GIF? any reason you didn't go JPEG? That way you'd have a million or so colours instead of only 64.

That's what commentor #14 meant, as a jpeg, it would have a million or so colours and it would even be smaller sized.
