Picard has rim lighting around his head and on his left shoulder because there is light coming from above / behind him. Your guy doesn't have it so it is obviously a paste job. Not trying to be super critical but you need that and the right side of his

Hey now--calm your jets (or spaceship?)! If you look, picard is a cardboard figure in some sort of museum! The "tourist" is just taking his picture "with the crew". Lightning is allowed to be different!
