I think that there should be some kind of shadowing for the hand and screwdriver and perhaps an adjustment in coloring for the hand as well.....sorry. It's just my opinion.

this is all pretty amusing... this is an actual picture, that's my hand (not easy to get both hand & camera in the right position), lighting isn't great because it was cloudy...
