I don't get what the fuss is about, the author has simply (and effectively) used the current image & a previous one to create his image. I do it all the time, sometimes to good effect (http://www.photoshopcontest.com/viewpost?post_id=54085) and sometimes not (http://www.photoshopcontest.com/viewpost?post_id=59855) Its cool when it works like this one
