i also modified some of her features such as bigger nose, bigger ears, thinner lips, deeper eye sockets, smaller eyes, all stuff that occurs with ageing

Yeah I figured that out... With or without it your work is fantastic. The "passing of time" composition is obvious even without it tho. Take a look at deshone's one. But hey, I'm not questionning your work here. This is awesome, I repeat awesome.
