My way to do that: Set color Background must be white Open >Layer via Copy: Ctrl+J >Filter>Pixelate>Pointilize cell size:3 >Image>Adjustment>Threshold level: 255> Set current layer1 mode to: screen> Filter>Blur>Motion Blur - angle:-45 / distance:15>

nice job-next time if you duplicate the layer where you used the plugin and liquify it(then play with the opacity a bit and erase a bit) you can get the effect of crosswinds as well-good post-can't vote yet but it doesn't look like you need mine a
