Hello PSC members,
I played around a bit with creating planets in PS, because I liked it so much and I followed a few tutorials. This is what I came up with:
I want to make a neat wallpaper of it, so I want to ask you for some feedback! Every (constructive) criticism is greatly appreciated!
Thanks in advance,
Tijn
p.s. Yes, you can click on it. So click.

the planet part itself looks really cuel, but the big color flecks in the rings look odd. I would also make the rings bigger; they seem small for that size of planet. (And yes, people, I know that technically it doesn't matter how big they are, but it would still look better.)

haha, actually those are juggling props! If you look closer, you can see little balls, clubs, rings, diabolo's, unicycles, etc flying around in the ring. I have a website about juggling, so I think (hope) that it's obvious to other jugglers.
I agree on the rings, I don't like them that much, they are a bit small indeed. Size does matter I will make another one, because I already merged the layers and stuff really bad from me, I know.
Anyway, thanks for your comment!

There has to be a planet that looks like that somewhere. Except for the rings. Nice job!

hmm...when its small, you can't really tell, but if you can see it when its full size, thats fine then. Juggling's cuel. As for a planet looking like that somewhere, it actually reminded me most of a darkened photo of the sun, the close up kinds where you can see the sunspots and solar flares

Well, I just erased here and there, I didn't do it properly... I'll try to make better rings soon, you're right, they really suck atm

I tend to let the gods do all the heavy lifting and planet building stuff, I just do my best to populate them, then sit back, look pritty, and watch the fun

Looks good overall" my advice would be to lighten it up more on the edge where the light hits it, also add some stars in space around it" my 2 cents"
