This is very difficult, both images (each one in its style) are excellent and I'm here staring at both, for more than 5 minutes... Anyone who knows me knows that I love fantasy art, surreal, dark .... But I have to admit that this realistic scene got me! To the opponent: You did an amazing job! Congrats to both!

I'm good with either one of these entries moving on. This is one of those "it's a shame that these entries faced each other" kind of choices. Both superb for this round. The flat tire here needed more work, maybe some floaty shadows, but the theme and effort overcome those factors in this case. Love the usage of the various characters and the humor in the other. Hard to make a bad decision in this matchup.
