Hi res version does a better job of telling the story. I did an ocean rescue image similar to this many submissions ago. I decided to try the same theme in this setting.

Patre, well done. you've been practicing I see :) My only suggestion might be some more "water action" around the boat on the left. Its not too bad in the small version, but in the larger, it looks a bit flat. you keep getting better and better!
