There's some stragely placed highlights/white lines on some of the edges of the hand. But I couldn't figure out what was missing that made it look sloppy; I think dumbat found it.

Guys remember that this is an "art" contest, not an exact science that requires precise detailed photo replication. Besides, there is some shadow under the finger tip and the day looks overcast anyway.
