maybe the bowl is a little to oval IMO Definitely. That's one of the only critiques I would have for you on this one :)

hey Wendy, to do this I had to sample 6 sections of the rim and work them and blend them together, the I had to select several sections of the interior of the boel from the limited ammount on show in the original.

This then came out to 32 layers that were duplicted and flipped then all blended together to give a smooth look the the interior between the rim and the soup edge. The next step was to the make the soup look right.

this meant correcting the noodles that are hanging off the chhopsticks, I could not simply cut and paste the original, as the noodles would just end at the top. So I set about selecting individual noodles to make the soup look correct.

Covering the part that would have been incorrect. Then as happens so many times in my work, I realised I didn't actually need to make the noodles look complete, as I was about to cover them with the above angle of the chopsticks ha ha, whoops oh well

finally I had to reproduce the wooden table, from a very limited amount on the original. I decided that the pattern had to alter slightly to be able to do this. I selected sections of the grain, and gradually worked the small details across the piece

then to finish I added shadowing, and changed some of the highlights and darker areas to correspond to the new angle. and that is the way I set about producing this, hope that clears it up for you, thanks for asking Wendy:D
