the external source by the way is the upper left corner of the clouds, the rest is intergrated into several parts from the original source all merged and colour corrected to fit the new scene if anyone is wanting to know :D

Had a few PM's about how to make the waves, so basically, using preset brushes in PS, vary the softness and make a short wave shape, then stretch the layer and adjust it to the correct angle. So the whole thing looks forced, but gives a movement feel

then work into the wave, sofening further and adding wind whisps with smudge, its all about feel in the end :)
